| when accessing sites cpanel showing blank page
this problwm occures when accessing any site on the server
what is the solution
i restarted the cpanel and the problem still and the cpanel stopped working
any help please

| Are you getting default cpanel page when accessing the sites? If yes, check if the sites are assigned to the correct IPs. The IP in the zone file and the httpd.conf file should be same for the domains.

| Contact cPanel support they will fix this issue immediately. I faced same problem and cPanel support fixed it within an hour.

| i am thinking this is an resource issue , check if you have enough free RAM available . Also run /scripts/upcp if you have enough memory .

| There are mainly two reason's for this "cpanel page showing issue".
1) The apache configuration files got corrupted or missing the entries for your domains.
2)The IP address in apache conf file and DNS are different.

| 1) If its missing the enries for the domains , cpannel will work
2) the ip address is wrong also the cpanel will work .
only problem would be the site showing the cpanel default page and NOT cpanel showing a blank page .
