i have always this process in my server ;
what doeas mean , and for wich application are this proccess

I don't know but I think they are kernal related. I have them on all my servers also - perfectly normal.

They are pefectly normal.
ksoftirqd is used for softirq.
Softirq causes tasks from IRQs (like building a TCP/IP packet) to be queued up to be run at scheduling time.
