| Hello,
I have recently installed Apache ASP and getting this error message for my ASP scripts
Errors Output
error compiling default.asp: Global symbol "$Response" requires explicit package name at /home/mis/public_html/default.asp line 155. , /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Apache/ASP.pm line 1465
Can anyone please advice how can i fix it ?
I guess the problem should be in config.

| Do you know what Apache ASP is?
Windows ASP or ASP.NET will NOT work on Apache ASP

If what yu said is true,then will Mono for Apache work out better ?

| AFAIK mod mono is for ASP.NET
If you want to use ASP in Apache, you need something like Chili!ASP:
http://www.sun.com/software/chilisoft/
But if you need 100% performance, your best bet would be a Windows server with IIS.

| why don't you get a Windows webhosting account somewhere?
Full ASP and ASP.NET support can be guaranteed only on a windows server running IIS
