Flush Cache on CentOS

How do I flush the cache on CentOS cache and Buffer or either one. on top command I see a lot of ram in cache and I want to flush the cache. How do I do that? any kommands?

It would be reccomended that you reboot the server by typing command "reboot" into ssh this will clear the cache on your server
