Hello
pop3 take error to us.
There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'info@yourserver.net', Server: 'mail.yourserver.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Authentication failed (bad password?)', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

When I get these email problems instead of wasting my time I just contact my management company platinumservermanagement.com and they fix it right away. I think you should check them out

I think you just haven't valid SSL cert on the server.

are you able to login to webmail with your current username and password?

if you use cpanel, just log into your cpanel for that domain and reset the password for the account, if it still does not work, make sure you DO NOT have SPA(Secure Password Authentication) enabled in your outlook client, And if that is not enabled, try and connect without using SSL.
If it ends up that SSL is causing issues you may have certificate problems.

Do you know if you are actually using SSL for you pop3 communication - if not then just go into the account settings - make sure SPA is unchecked - then go into the advanced settings and make sure that "This server requires ---- SSL" is unchecked.
If you are using SSL load the webmail using https and check to see if the SSL cert is valid.
